Trenitalia’s new FRECCIALounge opens today at Roma Termini station, an exclusive space reserved for Gold and Platinum CartaFRECCIA holders and more. A new AV room that joins those of Milano Centrale, Bologna Centrale, Firenze Santa Maria Novella and Napoli Centrale.
The CEO of Trenitalia Luigi Corradi presented the new FRECCIALounge, located on the upper floor of the ticket office.
The new FRECCIALounge is divided into a large external space and an internal one of over 500 square meters which can be accessed with a dedicated lift with entrance from the ticket office or from an escalator directly from the rubber gallery.
In addition to the information, reception and catering services that distinguish all the rooms in the FRECCIALounge circuit, there is a real garden, the Giardino delle mura. It is an independent room, furnished with 5 large armchairs and equipped with a vertical botanical ecosystem, with access from the balcony and direct view of the Servian Walls.
Free admission to the FRECCIALounge circuit is reserved for:
holders of CartaFRECCIA Oro and Platino who hold or intend to purchase a Trenitalia ticket;
to holders of CartaFRECCIA Platino in possession of season tickets for national trains for any class or level of service;
to holders of CartaFRECCIA Oro in possession of season tickets for national 1st class or Business trains;
for holders of Executive or Business Salottino Tickets or Carnets, 10 journeys or 15 journeys in 1st class/Business/Executive with the relative reservation.

Free admission to the FRECCIALounge circuit is reserved for:
holders of CartaFRECCIA Oro and Platino who hold or intend to purchase a Trenitalia ticket;
to holders of CartaFRECCIA Platino in possession of season tickets for national trains for any class or level of service;
to holders of CartaFRECCIA Oro in possession of season tickets for national 1st class or Business trains;
for holders of Executive or Business Salottino Tickets or Carnets, 10 journeys or 15 journeys in 1st class/Business/Executive with the relative reservation.
As a promotional deal, at the price of €20 you can also purchase a single admission to the FRECCIALounge, at the internal ticket office or on trenitalia.com.
Admission is also permitted to customers in possession of a ticket for national trains or a national 1st class or business pass, who have purchased one of the following types of tickets valid for admission to the FRECCIAClub or FRECCIALounge:
six-month pass (€300, valid for 6 months from the date of issue and available only to CartaFRECCIA members);
annual pass (€500, valid for 12 months from the date of issue and available only to CartaFRECCIA members);
10-entry carnet (€200, valid for 6 months from the date of issue and available only to CartaFRECCIA members);
single access (€ 20, which can be purchased at the same time as the Frecce and Intercity ticket on this site, or at the internal ticket offices).

Entrance to the FRECCIALounge can be purchased from all Trenitalia sales channels, with the exception of the App, and from the internal ticket office. To be able to access them, you must also have a ticket (excluding regional transport tickets) or a 1st class or business season ticket, or alternatively purchase it at the ticket office inside the Club.
If you have purchased the annual or six-monthly season ticket or the access booklet on this site you will receive a confirmation email with the period of validity and the code of the season ticket or booklet purchased and your CartaFRECCIA will automatically be enabled for entry to the FRECCIALounges.
To gain access to the rooms, simply hold your CartaFRECCIA or CartaFRECCIA Argento near the reader positioned outside or, alternatively, enter the code of the CartaFRECCIA or season ticket or booklet
